Ovens for the polymerization of powder paints are a kind of „oven” whose task is to cure the powder paint on the details covered with it. Furnaces are divided according to the heating medium and one group consists of oil and gas furnaces, and the other is electric furnaces. In the case of our oil/gas furnaces, we can use an oil or gas burner interchangeably, which is of great importance given today’s volatility of energy prices.
Booths for spraying of powder paints are a place intended for carrying out the spraying process and can also be divided into two basic groups: open and closed booths. The advantage of closed booths is the isolation of the spraying process to the space limited by the walls of the booth, thanks to which we have an easier task of keeping the rest of the paint shop clean.
Applications for spraying of powder coatings is the „heart” of a powder coating system. With our devices, we provide applications only from reputable manufacturers with an established and proven position on the market.
Suspended transport systems, through the smooth flow of details between individual devices, allow for full optimization of the paint shop’s work. Well-organized suspended transport is equipped with parking lots where the details can wait between the individual stages of the process, thanks to which the working time of the remaining devices is used effectively.
